1) What is Vivo ai?
Vivo ai is an AI-powered home design app that lets you transform your interior, exterior, garden, and empty rooms using artificial intelligence. Simply upload a photo of your space, choose a style, and let the AI generate a new design for you.
2) How do I generate an image?
Open the App, choose a room photo from your gallery or take a new one, pick a design style or enter a prompt, then tap generate. Results may vary depending on image quality and prompt clarity.
3) What design tools are available?
- Interior Design: Redesign room interiors with different styles.
- Exterior Design: Transform the exterior of buildings.
- Garden Design: Redesign outdoor garden and landscape areas.
- Empty Room Design: Furnish and decorate empty rooms virtually.
- Cleanup Tool: Remove unwanted objects from photos.
- Style Transfer: Apply design styles from reference images.
4) Is there a free trial?
Trial availability depends on the current offer shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase time. The offer details shown by the store always apply.
5) What subscription plans are available?
The App offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly subscription: Billed weekly with auto-renewal.
- Annual subscription: Billed yearly with auto-renewal (best value).
Subscriptions provide unlimited access to all AI generation features, styles, and priority processing. Exact pricing is displayed in the App Store or Google Play.
6) How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel, use your store account subscription settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
- iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vivo ai → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Vivo ai → Cancel Subscription.
7) How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their platform policies. Please submit your refund request directly through the store where you purchased.
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play support through the Google Play app.
8) What happens to my photos?
Photos you upload are temporarily processed on our cloud servers using AI to generate the design transformation. Your images are automatically deleted within 24 to 48 hours after processing. We do not store, sell, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested AI generation service. We do not use your images for AI/ML model training.
9) Why was my generation slow or failed?
Generation time can vary with server load, network quality, and AI model availability. If a request fails, retry with a stable connection and a clearer input image. Complex scenes may take longer to process.
10) What permissions does the App need?
- Camera: To take photos directly for AI processing (optional).
- Photo library: To select images for AI processing.
- Notifications: To receive updates about generation results (optional).
All permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed in your device settings.
11) How can I delete my data or contact support?
You can request data deletion or get support through:

12) What is the minimum age to use the App?
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vivo ai.
